These fabric leaves are available on craft sites or you can make leaves from construction paper. Thanksgiving wreaths can be fashioned from any supplies you may have at hand. Leftover yarn is a great material for making wreaths and for adding a cozy touch to home decor for fall. Choose yarns in fall colors of red, yellow and orange to make the yarn wreath. Use yarns in three to four different colors to fashion a visually interesting wreath. Shape the yarn into balls about three to four inches wide. Use foam balls as the core and wrap yarn around them. You can also shape ball forms from shredded paper or tinfoil. Make about 30 to 40 yarn balls for a wreath form measuring 12 inches. Add the yarn balls to the wreath form using hot glue till the wreath is fully covered.
